Legal Stuff

There is always some legal stuff with this type of recreational activity.

A contract and liability waiver is required with all ATV rentals. You are responsible for anything that happens to yourself or the ATV, or to anyone you allow to ride the ATV.

All renters are required to abide by state ATV/OHV laws. This includes laws in reference to minimum age requirements and passenger use on an ATV. For your safety, and everyone elses, please stay on the trails.  For more information on the Utah state laws, please visit their web-site.

A deposit is required for each ATV rental and you are responsible for any costs or downtime to repair any damage to the ATV.

We will explain all the legal stuff when you get here. It only takes a few minutes and we will walk though it step by step with you prior to rental.
